Challenge
Canadian Tire is our country's largest and most successful retailer in this ever-evolving landscape. As a member of CTC's newly formed internal T3 Agency, my role is to help our talented team of creatives deliver on the company's core brand purpose through all touch points and channels - "We are here to make life in Canada better."
Action
CTC's internal agency marks an exciting new progression in the development of creative for this iconic retailer. As a member of this team, my role has been to assist with the development of groundbreaking governance, guidance and controls for all stakeholders. This process started with the necessary audits and evaluations of all existing assets and approaches. I have worked closely with all stakeholders to identify pain points and issues in execution. We are working towards developing similar brand systems for all CTC's umbrella retail banners and brands, including Sportchek, Mark's, Party City, and more. 
Result
Early indications are our efforts have been well received, and a new level and standard for alignment between CTCs objectives and creative outcomes has been established. Currently, we continue to build the visual communication platform and guidelines that will govern all future touchpoints.
